So i brought an gw2 account and i was going to register but it says that i have a gw1 account and i must link it it dosent let me create it otherwise but i dont eaven remember registering a gw1 acound maybe some years buck but i dont know the password and when i try you change the password is says that it has been changed but it has not. Support dose not help eater i just what to make a new clean gw2 account is there any whay to bypass the linking thing?

Firstly - stop talking so damn fast , having to read what you put and mentally add full stops etc isnt easy.
Next if you had an old account do you still have the access keys - when you contact support they will ask quite a few questions especially for access keys and other details.
When you say support doesnt help - in what way do you mean.
If its the "ive sent support a dozen requests for help and nothing is replied" sort of thing then its a case of allowing them to help - they dont have staff that can help each person at once so you will be put into a queing system.And time they take to help will rely on how many others are infront of you.For now its a case of waiting as theres nothing that can be done for now - its in the hands of support

First of all I agree with Spiritz, so I have a small gift for you:

Please use these wisely and aks me if you ever run out of them. I have plenty more where they came from

Secondly, I advise you to wait till support reacts. One of the great things bout GW and GW2 is that it has no monthly subscription. The company has to make profit though and one way of doing that is by saving on support. There is not a supportteam standing by 24/7 answering all your questions within minutes. They will give you a confirmation they recieved the support request, but it might take a few days. Normally they dont work in the weekends either, but I suspect that this weekend is different due to the gw2 headstart.

If you have any problem contacting support, pls let us know what kind of problems your hitting.

OK, first of all it is probably giving you that message because you are trying to register using the same email as your old gw1 account. Have you tried simply using a different email address for your gw2 account? At least that is how it seemed to work for me.
